Why suffer any longer with chronic pain or disability.

This is your opportunity to try an entirely new approach….

New Massage Techniques for Pain and Muscle Relief

Many of the aches and pains we feel in our bodies simply come from tight muscles showing up in the form of muscle knots. Many feel this discomfort in the form of pain and reduced movement in the neck, head, shoulders and lower back or other extremities. The work of the massage therapist is to locate and release these restrictions in the most efficient and comfortable way.

Since 2004, I have become a Crainial Sacral Therapist and also have taken advanced classes in Manual Lymph Drainage as taught by Dr. Bruno Chickley, DO. I am now extensively studying Visceral Manipulation through The Barral Institute of Visceral Manipulation, and Dr. Ron Mariotti, the organizer of the Pacific Northwest's only Visceral Manipulation Study group.

Recent experience and ongoing training has led me to combine several types of massage with excellent results. The teaming of gentle "lymph drainage," techniques with deep tissue treatment helps to reduce injury recovery time and to speed pain relief.

The use of the soothing "lymph drainage" techniques prior to the more traditional massage treatments results in easier release of muscle knots and quicker removal of muscle inflammation and toxins. The combination of these techniques allows the massage session to be even more tailored to individual needs. This is speeding up injury recovery time, thus reducing pain levels and discomfort for clients.

I humbly thank all those who put their trust and faith in me.  I appreciate your feedback. Now is the time to make an appointment and benefit from my gentle and precise work. I promise tangible, measurable results!

If you would like to know more about how any of these techniques could benefit you. I would be pleased to answer any of your questions.

Please call me at (360) 870-0878 or Fax (866) 354-3165.
